Do you offer group photos?
We understand in current times Group Photographs can be a tricky issue to navigate. This is why we are happy to discuss all options from no Group Photos to Composite Group Photos (registered children only) or a Traditional Group Photos with consent from all parents given and find the right fit for your families.
Why do I have to Register?
Child Safety is our number one priority. The registration process allows us to gather information to confirm that we have permission to photograph your child/children at their Centre.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within one to two weeks. From there you can order Prints which will be delivered to your centre one to two weeks after galleries close or you can choose to purchase Digitals which you will be able to INSTANTLY download after your purchase.
How many pictures will we receive?
Each child will have their own private online gallery where families can view and select from 15-20+ beautiful, high-quality individual portraits capturing their unique personality.
Do you offer Mini Sessions?
Yes we do! We offer these a few times a year. They are SUPER popular & sellout fast, so be sure to sign up to our mail list!
IS THE GROUP PHOTO INCLUDED IN THE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?
NO. For privacy reasons to protect & respect ALL families we do not offer digital copies of the group / class photos.
Group Photos are available for families to purchase at any print size.
Can I register for a Group Photo Only?
Yes you can register for a Group Photo Only. Please write GROUP PHOTO ONLY in the comments at the time of registration & we will include your child in the group photograph if your Centre is choosing to do group photos for your child's group/centre.
What if my child is away for Photo Day? Or wasn't wanting to participate for Photos
If your child was away for photo day we will endeavour to offer you to join another day we are attending the centre, if this is not possible a refund of your deposit will be available.
We are wonderfully kind and gentle with your precious little people however if they are simply not feeling it after some gentle interaction, we will respect your child and our photographers will let us know and we notify you to either reschedule to another day (we all have days where we are not feeling our best) or refund your deposit.
